How to apply it
Fill sparse brows with short pencil strokes in the direction of your hair growth. Blend with a spoolie to create bold but natural-looking fullness. For captivating brow lines, trace the bottom and top of the brow, then blend for added volume. Pick the brow pencil that is one shade lighter than your hair color. The brow pencil shade will blend in with your hair, yielding a striking match.
